I was referred to Dr. Kosmoski through my chiropractor Dr. Michael Johnson who I had been seeing for a couple of months with debilitating lower back pain. Since the first time I called and met the staff, they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted with insurance and basic questions and concerns even before I had officially met with the surgeon. Since then, I have had surgery performed by Dr. Kosmoski. He is extremely thorough, kind and patient which is hard to find these days. The entire staff has been there for me even through pre-op, surgery and post-op (mainly after hours)to answer questions and concerns I've had or when just needing confirmation I was on the right tract with my therapy. I am truly grateful for everything Dr. K and his staff has done for me. I will definitely be referring him and won't go any where else. I truly can't thank you enough. Sincerely, Krystal Carr

I was in such neck, shoulder and next pain and my family doctor said he was an awesome neurosurgeon. I really liked him personal and he assured me my spinal stenosis in the neck could be fixed. He did an awesome job in fixing my neck. It has been two months and I am pain free. Thanks to Dr Kosmoski

I aggravated my back during vacation and began experiencing weakness/numbness in foot day before returning home. Called Dr. Kos office next morning after getting back. They had me scheduled for MRI and appt at 10:30AM. I had severely ruptured disk, and Dr Kos had me go directly to hospital that afternoon for surgery next morning. Was home a few hours after surgery. Only needed pain meds for a couple days. 2.5 weeks post op now and feeling great, though still following strict recovery directions.
